All the items on this menu are designed for optimal weight loss with the following guidelines that govern every meal:

  1. Low Sugar – lowering your glycemic intake will decrease the un-healthy congestive mucus that lines your organs (and feeds on sugar) causing bloating, puffiness, and inflammation. Each Earthly menu item is low in sugar and rich in taste – satisfying for any sweet tooth.
  2. Anti-inflammatory and rich in green plant fiber – increase your gut motility for regularity, and maximum shrinkage. Many people ignore the gut health in weight loss and minimize the importance of green plant fiber. Our delicious menu is replete with fiber you need to get your gut healthy and green plants are our secret weight loss power!
  3. Shrink Me! Plant carbohydrates – replacing high glycemic starches with green and yellow vegetable low glycemic carbohydrates are essential. At Earthly Juices, we build our menu items around healthy carbohydrates that will increase gut motility and shed that hard to lose belly fat, “muffin tops”, and get that pesky cellulite gone!
  4. High protein sourced from plants – produce lasting weight loss. Protein is a big factor in any plant-based diet. A lack of protein can ignite hunger, and crash your blood sugar. We take plant protein seriously and our meal plans will keep your mind focused and options to eat 3-5 times daily keeps your hunger satisfied.
  5. Nightshade free (containing Lectins) – found in Nightshade vegetables and fruits, such as tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, bell peppers, and cherries (to list a few) can slow down weight loss by disrupting blood sugar, which creates additional inflammation in the body.
  6. Raw fats – found in avocado, olive oil, and sprouted nuts and seeds are essential to your weight loss health. In our society there is a belief that fat is bad…or, in some popular diets, any fats are acceptable and promoted. At Earthly Juices, we believe fried fats are toxic for your heart and blood flow, and should be replaced with healing, cold-pressed, living fats that decrease cortisol, repair, and maintain your vascular system.
  7. Hydrating beverages (low sugar smoothies, juices and teas)– act as positive solutions to dehydration. So often people think that they are hungry, but they can easily curb hunger by drinking more liquids. We have an extensive drink menu to keep you fresh and hydrated and we can also customize your taste preferences.

For your best results, we recommend you eat all items on your “Shrink Me!” meal plan within an 8-10 hour window during the day – stopping all food intake at nightfall. Sit back and sip one of our “Get Better Chai ” teas and stop that late-night unhealthy snacking. Late night eats ferment in your tummy and feeds gut bacteria and fungus, making it hard to shrink belly fat. We also recommended that you begin the first 2-3 hours of the day with liquids like water with lemon, celery juice or green smoothies. Be kind to your digestive system for optimal gut health.
