Vegan Pozole: Cilantro, Poblanos, Garlic, Leek, Green Onion, Tomatillos, Hominy, Mushrooms, Zucchini and Pumpkin Seeds. Comes with a little side salad of radish, cabbage, cilantro and limes.
This biome broth, created by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz , author of the book, Fiber Fueled, claims to “tame inflammation” and help heal the gut.
It is the equivalent of a bone broth made with vegan ingredients. Instead of bones we will use kombu an amazing mineral rich sea vegetable. The broth also contains shitaki mushrooms. mitake mushrooms, fennel, ginger, garlic, carrots, celery, and organic tamari.
