Eating Seasonal Fruits and Veggie TIPS

This weekend we shopped at the Farmer’s Market in our local area. I love this time of year and the abundance of fall fruits like persimmons and pomegranates. Inspired by these seasonal foods, I came home and made an all time favorite Raw Veggie Collard Wrap and an Earthly Farm Bowl. Dandelion greens, collard greens, fresh herbs, and avocados topped with a living foods salad dressing. I think these are the easiest thing to create. I make them all the time, not to mention they are outrageously delicious, too!

Farmer’s Market Fresh Ingredients:

2-4 Collard Greens

Pomegranate seeds

Arugula leaves

Green leaf lettuce

Green bell pepper

Ripe avocado

1/2 jalapeno pepper

Basil leaves and Mint leaves

Place all the ingredients onto the plated collard green leaf

Sprinkle over with cold pressed olive oil, Bragg’s Amino, and dash of Celtic Sea Salt.
