This tea is focused on clearing congestion from the lungs, sinus and gut. You can drink it at night instead of eating sugar at night and it will raise your digestive juices which in turn will improve your health. We like to add raw nut mylk to the hot tea and a touch of monk fruit for sweeter.
Ingredients: Carrot, Turmeric, and Pineapple. This is a sweet juice, with a subtle bitterness from the turmeric. We use pineapple with turmeric, because the vitamin C in the pineapple is a co-factor which increases the uptake of curcumin.
Ingredients: Celery, Beet, Carrot, Cucumber, Kale, Red Bell, & Fennel.
This is an all vegetable juice with a strong beet and mixed vegetable flavor. The beets are excellent for helping the bowel eliminate and help create solutions for constipation.
