This biome broth, created by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz , author of the book, Fiber Fueled, claims to “tame inflammation” and help heal the gut.
It is the equivalent of a bone broth made with vegan ingredients. Instead of bones we will use kombu an amazing mineral rich sea vegetable. The broth also contains shitaki mushrooms. mitake mushrooms, fennel, ginger, garlic, carrots, celery, and organic tamari.
Ingredients: Carrot, Turmeric, and Pineapple. This is a sweet juice, with a subtle bitterness from the turmeric. We use pineapple with turmeric, because the vitamin C in the pineapple is a co-factor which increases the uptake of curcumin.
