Daily Structure:

• 1 Quart of Fresh Brewed Tea (For Liver and Kidney Flushing): Drink 1/2 in the Morning and 1/2 Before Bed (add honey and heat)

• ½ Quart Green Juice (To promote LIver Repair): Drink in the Morning

• B-Vitamin & Amino Acid Shot (Supports Nervous System Reboot): Drink in the Morning

• 1/2 Quart Omega-3 Smoothie (Filled with Protein, Healthy Fats, and Amino Acids for Brain Boost): Eat at Lunchtime

• ½ Quart Red Juice (Carrot and Beet Based to supports Memory and Liver Function): Drink in the Afternoon

• Superfood Salad (Helps to move the gut with roughage): 4pm

• ½ Quart Soup: Eat at Dinner

• ½ Quart Seasonal Mocktail: Drink after Dinner

• Nightcap Shot (A Tonic/Elixir for Sleep (with Magnesium and Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)): Drink at Bedtime

  *All edible items will rotate with what is on the monthly farm to table menu available from the Earthly Juices Kitchen.
